Team BD

BD forms a National Team for the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure

BD sites in Baltimore, Billerica, Franklin Lakes, Madison, Research Triangle Park, and San Jose have formed a National Team for the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure. The Tour de Cure is a series of fundraising cycling events held nationwide to benefit the ADA. Diabetes touches millions of families in the U.S. and the diabetic population continues to grow with no cure.

As a National Team, BD is committed to fundraise $100,000 collectively and team members will cycle routes ranging from 10 miles to 100 miles in Tour de Cure cycling events nationwide.

Each participating BD site Team Captain has taken on the roles of recruiting, enrolling, and motivating BD associates, family, and friends to take on the physical challenge of participating in and the monetary challenge of fundraising for the ADA Tour de Cure.

Register to ride in one of the 85 Tours nationwide. Click "Register" below and then "Select a State" to find the Tour near you.

If you have participated in the Tour de Cure in previous years, or one of the other American Diabetes Association signature events, login with your old username and password prior to registering. (If you do not have/remember this information, click "Forgot Your Password?" above to have the information e-mailed to you.)

• Team Captains: Click REGISTER above. After you choose your state and city, click "Create a Team," and be sure to select Team BD from the National Team pull-down menu.

• Riders: Click REGISTER above. After you choose your state and city, click "Join a Team." Enter the team's name (if you know it) and/or Team BD in the National Team field, and click Search for a Team. When the team appears in the Search Results, click Join to the right of it.
