Tour de Cure is the premier cycling fundraising event of the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the nation’s largest diabetes cycling event. Challenging and fun, the Tour provides avid and recreational cyclists alike with a meaningful opportunity to raise money for diabetes research and education.  Participants have a choice of routes that vary from a family-friendly 15-mile course to more hilly and demanding 20, 45, 70, or 100-mile “century” rides.  All rides start and finish in Redmond's Marymoor Park.  The 15 Mile Family Ride takes place on the King County trail system.  Click below for the various route maps.

Register now to support the fight against diabetes. In over 40 states from coast to coast, thousands of cyclists will be pedaling toward finding a cure for this deadly disease.

Your efforts will make a difference to the more than 23.6 million Americans who suffer from diabetes and over 57 million people with pre-diabetes.
